Nov. 8--The Stock Exchange of Thailand is preparing to sanction executives of Singha Paratech Plc for disclosure violations and poor corporate governance.
Suthichai Chitvanich, a SET executive vice-president, said Singha Paratech was also under investigation for possible insider trading and share manipulation.
Singha executives last month announced a strategic partnership with Westcoast International Co.
