Nov. 8--UOB Kay Hian Securities will float 75 million new shares at 6.20 baht each in its IPO starting tomorrow to Monday.

The capital will boost the company's total to 400 million baht, made up of 400 million shares at one baht par value.

Of the 75 million shares offered, 40 percent will be allocated to the public, 33.3 percent to company allies and the rest to management and staff. The company expects to begin trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Nov 22 under UOBKH.
