Nov. 8--Shares of Wireless Facilities plunged almost 13 percent yesterday after the company announced that the Gulf Coast hurricanes and business troubles in its Latin American operations would cut revenue this quarter.
The San Diego builder of wireless networks said that hurricanes in the Southeast United States have driven up the cost of labor and materials in the short term as rebuilding in those areas begins.
