Nov. 7--Ongoing conflicts between the government and private sector over fee charges on the Don Muang tollway have escalated after German shareholders representing 14 percent of the operating company have filed suit seeking recourse from the state.
The shareholders include Walter Bau AG, a 9.87 percent shareholder in Don Muang Tollway, as well as private investors Peter Kramer, Horst Ljarschel and Rainer Trapp.
