Seri Village makes a small, stylish comeback.

Nov. 7--Seri Village Co, one of the pioneers of large-scale real estate development in Thailand, is beginning a gradual comeback after years of restructuring following the 1997 economic crisis.
Best known for the flagship site it developed in Ramkhamhaeng Soi 24 more than 30 years ago, the company expects to complete business rehabilitation within three years.
As it resumes activity after keeping a low profile over the past decade, the company is working on a smaller scale, according to Wanna Kolsrichai, managing director of Seri Premier Co, the rehabilitation plan administrator.
