Designed to drive single-phase, low-voltage bipolar brushless dc motors, Model A1441 uses single Hall element to detect position of alternating pole ring magnet. On-chip charge pump circuit allows use of MOS full-bridge output. Switchpoints of device are chopper-stabilized for precision over operating temperature and voltage. Active braking function and sleep mode can be enabled by external signal. Driver comes in 2 x 2 x 0.5 mm MLP package with 100% tin plating.
