Computer Sciences up on report
Lockheed Martin is leading an investors group that may bid $64-$65 a share for info tech and outsourcing company Computer Sciences, according to a published report. That values Computer Sciences at about $12 bil. Talks are at an early stage, unnamed sources said. Computer Sciences leapt 13% to 58.
** Radvision rose 16% to 15.08 on heavy trading after the networking equipment maker's Q3 profit beat views by 3 cents and more than doubled from the year ago with 18 cents. Sales rose 14% to $19.1 mil.

Vornado buys McDonald's stake
The real estate investment trust confirmed speculation of its interest in McDonald's, disclosing it bought a 1.2% stake in the fast-food chain worth about $500 mil. Analysts said Vornado may press McDonald's to sell some of its valuable land holdings. McDonald's rose 0.5% to 31.77. Vornado slipped 1.5% to 79.69 after reporting a 12.9% drop in its Q3 funds from operations to $1.08 a share, which topped views by 44 cents.
