The Holy Grail of the information world is the ability to get to the right answer from the right person, or source, at the right time.
We seem to be getting closer to achieving this, but even within an organisation that has the best search engines and content management systems in place, it is still often a hit or miss process. However, it is something that a good community of practice (CoP) can and frequently does achieve.
