Eating dinner together makes great soul food, says the latest research. And even teens hooked on TV agree
A Family dinner is more than just that. When a family breaks bread together, there's also a lot of food for the soul. A recent US study says that family dinners bring down substance abuse among teenagers and that their grades improve.
But with TV taking over family time, specially dinner time, there are many in Bangalore who do not eat together anymore. However, what's heartening is that even as these numbers increase, there are some who unfailingly continue with the dinner ritual.
