Oct. 15--Health insurers have filled Ray Kowalik's mailbox with brochures trumpeting why their Medicare prescription drug plan is best.
The advertisements confused him, so Kowalik listened to speakers from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Social Security Administration discuss the plans. They spoke Friday at the Erie Center on Health and Aging.
"I'm still confused," said Kowalik, 74. "It all makes very little sense to me. I have read everything I could get my hands on. Some things are clear, but many others still aren't."
