Non-traditional age students over the age of 25 are the "new majority" on college campuses. What motivates them, what are their goals, and how can we better reach them to support them on the path to graduate school?

Dr. V. Hilton Hallock, a faculty lecturer who teaches in the higher education program at the University of Pennsylvania in the division of policy management and evaluation, explored these topics at the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) conference in March in Tampa FL.
