Younglove-Webb tapped to head Sears' off-mall formats.(Julie Younglove-Webb)
HOFFMAN ESTATES, ILL. -- More changes are occurring at Sears Holdings, with the naming of a new executive to head up its newest retail formats, Sears Essentials and Sears Grand.
Julie Younglove-Webb has been promoted to senior vp and gm for the two divisions, replacing Cathy David, who left the company "to pursue other interests," according to Corinne Gudovik, a Sears spokesperson. Younglove-Webb will oversee all new store development, store operations and merchandising for the two off-mall formats and report directly to Aylwin Lewis, president of Sears Holdings and ceo of Kmart and Sears Retail. Lewis became ceo and president of Sears Holdings Sept. 30.
