Oct. 15--Rick Gray wants to restore the feeling downtown.

You know -- walking into a state-of-the-art fitness club, changing in plush locker rooms, partaking in the finest dining, on-staff concierges at your beck and call.

That feeling.

Dallas-based ClubCorp took it away last December when it closed the Capital Club in the James Center downtown. Less than a year later, the club's former fitness director, Rick Gray, found it a new home right around the corner.

Gray worked with American Financial Realty Trust on a deal for 10,000 square feet on the second floor of the Bank of America building at 1111 E. Main …
