Bogota, 13 October: Peru's Foreign Ministry today sent the Russian embassy in Peru an official note of protest over the attack on Peruvian students in Voronezh.

The Foreign Ministry statement says that Lima is expecting the Russian authorities to conduct "an exhaustive, unbiased, objective and rapid investigation" into the circumstances that led to one Peruvian student being murdered and a second being seriously injured. Peru's Foreign Ministry also expressed the hope that those guilty will brought to trial and will pay compensation to the victims' …
