Tokyo, Oct. 12 (Jiji Press)--Japan and Belgium agreed Wednesday to maintain their cooperation on U.N. Security Council reform, during Japanese Foreign Minister Nobutaka Machimura's meeting here with his counterpart, Karel De Gucht.
