Saint Louis -- A St. Louis-based not-for-profit mortgage legal aide firm and a Columbia, S.C.-based firm specializing in the education of Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters have decided to work together to offer a review on the effects of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.
The American Legal and Financial Network has teamed up with the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees to present the mortgage banking industry and general bankruptcy community with the chance to receive the "de facto" review on the impact of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act.
This offering is being presented as a set of five DVD's entitled, "Consumer Bankruptcy Practice Under the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005."
