YORKSHIRE-based IFA Informed Financial Planning has snapped up three IFA businesses in a swoop worth more than AGBP1m.
The acquisition of the three intermediary businesses in Leeds, Sheffield and Hull is the start of a drive by IFP to take a bigger chunk of business in the north of England.
If it is successful in securing its next deal with another two Yorkshire-based IFAs, it will increase its turnover by 25 per cent.
