Beattie McGuinness Bungay has hired the director Duncan Jones in an attempt to boost its creative offering. The appointment comes as Ben Jones, the co-founder of the specialist events agency Cake who joined the BMB creative department in July this year, leaves to pursue personal projects.
Duncan Jones, a commercials director, is the son of David Bowie, and was formerly known as Zowie Bowie. He joins BMB from the production company Traffik - previously Frank Films - where he has worked as a commercials director for the past two years.
