KARACHI, Oct 4: Indian Minister for External Affairs, Natwar Singh said here Tuesday that relations between Pakistan and India are improving."The relationship between the two countries have promoted and so is the trade to augment further," he told reporters after holding a 20-minute meeting with Governor of Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan here at Governor House.
