Oct. 7--Despite the unfavourable sentiment in the property market, Preuksa Real Estate Plc, the country's largest developer in the low-end housing market, is still confident in its market segment with revenue targeted at eight billion baht at the end of the year.
Managing director Thongma Vijitpongpun said housing demand in the low-end market had remained strong though interest rates were on the rise.
"The [mortgage] installment each month is about the same as the rents they would have to pay," he noted.
