BEIJING, April 25, SinoCast -- Singapore Changi Airport subject to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) will acquire a 40% to 45% stake in Nanjing Lukou International Airport located in Lukou Town, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, Eastern China, disclosed on April 20 Zhang Youfu, vice general manager of Nanjing Lukou International Airport Co., Ltd. Nanjing, capital of the province, is close to Shanghai, a major air hub in Mainland China. Both sides, Mr. Zhang said, are expected to reach an agreement within 2005.
