FAW Group's SUVs Rolling Off Production Line in Mid June.

CHANGCHUN, June 17, SinoCast -- China FAW Group Corp., one of China's top three automakers and located in Changchun, Jilin, Northeastern China, disclosed that its overseas-made first sport utility vehicle rolled off the production line in Russia in mid June 2005. FAW Group is set to put the SUV into mass production and is estimated to reach an annual production and sales of 3,000 to 5,000 units there. The SUV depends on FAW Group's own technologies and has not been put into mass production domestically.
