BEIJING, May 11, SinoCast -- This month would be another epoch-making milestone for Lenovo Group Limited, the bellwether of China's information technology industry, because it brought the buyout of IBM's PC unit to pass after a long-time waiting for the final approval from the US government.

In line with an agreement signed by Lenovo and IBM on December 8, 2004, Lenovo has the right to use the brand IBM for five years.
