Oct. 5--The listed property developer Golden Land Plc expects no change in policy and management following the resignation of CEO Liakat Dhanji, according to chief financial officer Chanchai Buachoom.

The company yesterday reported the resignation to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and said that Khunying Sasima Srivikorn, the company's chairwoman, would be the acting CEO.

Mr Chanchai said the major shareholders, led by New World Development from Hong Kong, had agreed it was the time to replace Mr Dhanji who had headed the company for seven years. He had completed two three-year terms and lately had been working without ...
