Oct. 4--The Stock Exchange of Thailand says it is satisfied with the clarification made by Intel Vision Securities of a big-lot transaction of Picnic Corporation shares at a price far higher than the market price.

Last Wednesday, 4.212 million shares of Picnic Corporation were traded on the big-lot board at 13.19 baht apiece, 381 percent higher than the closing price of 2.74 baht on the same day, prompting the SET to launch an investigation into possible irregular trading activity.
