Google, Sun to announce pact
The Internet giant and the computer maker will announce a "collaborative effort" in Silicon Valley. Google CEO Eric Schmidt had previously been Sun Microsystems' chief technology officer; Google recently announced a number of plans, including free Wi-Fi in San Francisco and a deal with NASA.
