The Tel Aviv Regional Planning and Building Board has approved for deposit a plan for rehabilitating the Hiriya garbage dump. The plan aims at rehabilitating the Hiriya's environment and vistas to turn it into the heart of the Ayalon Park for the residents of metropolitan Tel Aviv.
