Oct. 3--Trinity Wattana, a local brokerage company, plans to set up three subsidiaries next year to cash in on the development of the Thai capital market.
CEO Pakhawat Kovithvathanapong said the company would set up Trinity Polaris Futures Co, for derivatives trading and investment.
It recently entered talks to sell a 24.5 percent stake to Polaris Securities, the top futures broker in Taiwan.
Also in the pipeline is Trinity Quantum Co, which will provide public relations and other services, and plans to set up an asset management company.
