Section: Stocks - Phatra Securities Plc has finalised the price for its 50 million initial public-offering (IPO) shares at Bt31, The Nation reports.
That is the highest price in an indicative price range that starts at Bt27.
"From the book-build process, foreign-institutional investors have expressed an interest in buying at the offering price, with 10 times over-subscription," Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) Plc chief executive Montree Sornpaisarn told reporters at the contract signing yesterday.
