RYANAIR may mount a legal challenge to this week's decision by Bill Prasifka, the aviation regulator, to allow Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) to increase passenger charges by 22pc, Michael O'Leary said yesterday.
Branding Mr Prasifka as the "roll-over" regulator he said he could not understand why a 22pc increase was granted at a time when inflation is running at 3pc or why the increase was allowed four years before a planned new terminal is due to come on line.
