AS THIS CUTE ADMINISTRAtion tries to finish the airport terminal called Naia 3 and, upon completion, hopefully open it too, I just have a naive little question.
Since we, the public, must pay for the project in the end, why cant anybody tell us just how much the whole freaking thing will cost us?
Reportedly, this cute administration plans to raise P20 billion to pay for Naia 3 at its present uncompleted state, with all the under spec equipment, materials, and such.
Its like buying a used car. You know, as-is-where-is! At least, when you are buying a used car, you can still test whether the wiper is running or not.
Without knowing what it is this cute administration is paying for, however, government may spend P20 billionMINIMUMfor something that, on a good day, may or may not even withstand one loud solid sneeze from your mother-in-law.
