WORLD CITI COLLEGE ADDED METRO Manila College to its list of victims, posting a lopsided 78-59 win in the 11th Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (Cusa) mens basketball tournament at the CCP gym in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

The win, World Citis eighth in nine matches, moved the Vikings of coach Boy Clarino within a win of at least a tie for one of two outright semifinals berths in the 12-team tournament.

Mark Abayan, at 5-foot-9 the smallest man on the court, led the Vikings balanced attack with a game-high 21 points.
