Unfazed RP volleybelles seek SEA Games finals.

THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE THE same national womens volleyball team that finished third in the Vietnam Southeast Asian Games two years ago.
The squad that is preparing to play before a hometown crowd in the coming SEAG is eyeing no less than a stint in the championship.
Our goal is to make the finals this year and see if we can win the gold from there, said RP team coach Ramil de Jesus, tasked to lead the bid to bring back the countrys glory days in womens volleyball, at least in the region.
Looming as a big obstacle for the volleybelles is powerhouse Thailand.
The team gets a peek at what the Thais have to offer when they play against the hot favorite in a tournament organized by Shakeys.
The Manila SEA Games is slated Nov. 27-Dec. 5.
