Author: x Hong Kong's Sun Hung Kai Properties said an office-cum-hotel tower that it will build in the next phase of development at MTR Corp's Kowloon station will be Hong Kong's tallest structure and the third tallest in the world when it is completed. Victor Lui, executive director of Sun Hung Kai Properties' unit Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency, said the 118-storey building will be 490 meters high and will surpass the Two IFC tower in the central business district, currently Hong Kong's tallest at 420 meters high.
