Oct. 1--The rehabilitation plan administrators of Thai Petrochemical Industry Plc (TPI) will ask the Central Bankruptcy Court to amend some conditions of the plan to assure a management role in the company for PTT Plc once TPI's recapitalisation is completed.

The planners would file their petition with the court on Monday, said Gen Mongkol Ampornpisit, the chairman of the court-appointed administration team, after meeting with Finance Minister Thanong Bidaya yesterday.

He did not give further details.

Dr Thanong said he was confident that TPI could exit rehabilitation, while PTT Plc maintains that it ...
