These days, the United States is reversing black and white to make it seem as though the DPRK [Democratic People's Republic of Korea] is to blame for rupturing the implementation of the DPRK-US Agreed Framework, while ratcheting up its manoeuvres to isolate and crush the DPRK by making distorted assertions and creating misleading opinions about the nuclear issue.

Such assertions advanced by Secretary of State Rice and other high-ranking US officials are the height of the shamelessness of those who are attempting to shift the United States' responsibility for scrapping the DPRK-US Agreed Framework onto the DPRK and driving DPRK-US relations and the nuclear issue to the worst state, and to …
