American business executives in the 21st century must make decisions in an economic climate characterized by shrinking national borders and freer flow of human, financial, and capital resources. Globalization and the integration of the Canadian and American economies make it imperative that credit executives have a working knowledge of the restructuring and bankruptcy regimes outside of their national borders.
