Statesman News Service BERHAMPUR, Sept. 29. While many people are preparing for a happy Dussehra with the extra income that they get as bonus, more than one hundred teachers in the city who have not been paid since February this year are worried about how to dodge the demands of their family members for the puja season. These teachers were posted at the schools which were managed by the Berhampur Municipality.
