PHILADELPHIA _ When the point in Andy Reid's usually mundane spiel where he talks about how the Eagles are looking forward to the challenge of playing their next opponent arrived Wednesday, the coach had a little more emphasis in his voice than usual.
He said a few more words, too.
"There is so much being said about the other things that you can forget you are playing the Kansas City Chiefs," the Eagles' coach said. "It is very important that you understand that our team is concerned about playing the Chiefs."
The Eagles should be concerned, and not just because they will head into Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday with quarterback Donovan McNabb at less than 100 percent and a kicker who will be making his NFL debut. It's clear that Reid does not want those injury issues to be a distraction.
