Kiev, 31 May: In order to form the Single Economic Space [SES, which consists of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan], it will be necessary to establish a single transit space, unify tariffs, and introduce unified rules for the work of border guard and customs services, Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko said during a meeting with the speaker of the Kazakh Senate, Nurtay Abykayev, in Astana on 31 May.
