ALOR STAR, May 20 (Bernama) -- A Bumiputera company here has successfully come up with a vitamin C rich health drink made from banana fibre extract.

The beverage, known as "Idola" has been in the market for the past one month and is produced and distributed by MyLuv Marketing Sdn Bhd.

Two women, Siti Rohayu Md Saad, 29, and Dayang Hapsah Awang Mat, 31, who are MyLuv's executive director and director of operations respectively were responsible for the production of the banana based drink.
