HANOI, May 17 Asia Pulse - Although achievements have been made during their past 15 years of diplomatic relations, Vietnam and the European Union (EU) need to make a greater effort to tap the development potential of bilateral economic and trade relations, said participants at a seminar held in Ho Chi Minh City last week.
