CEBU CITY, May 30 Asia Pulse - The Philippine and construction sector is gaining ground again in the country, an industry leader said.

Francisco Flameno, principal architect of F&M Collaborative architects and executive director of Worldbex Services International (WSI), said big projects are being undertaken by developers like Megaworld Properties and the Ayala and Gokongwei groups.

Flameno, who attended the opening Thursday of the 3rd Philippine Building and Construction Exposition (Philbex) at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino, said his company is now involved in a project in Mactan.
