TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 2005--Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. ("Geoinformatics or the" Company") (TSX VENTURE:GXL) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Resource Finance & Investments Limited ("RFI"), an unlisted Australian company which is planning to go public later in the year.

Construction of 3D Model over Tasmania

Geoinformatics was involved on behalf of the Tasmanian government, in the construction of a comprehensive three dimensional geological model and database over the whole of Tasmania, a land mass totaling 68,332 square kilometres. A key feature of that model is that it shows east-west cross sections at 10km intervals throughout Tasmania and 5 km intervals in the highly prospective Mt Read Volcanics Belt.
