SEOUL, April 22 (Yonhap) -- SK Telecom Co. and KTF Co., South Korea's top two mobile phone operators, said Friday they will offer an international roaming service for Europe-backed third-generation (3G) phones with Japan's NTT DoCoMo Inc. from late May. SK Telecom is now testing network interoperability with NTT DoCoMo, Japan's biggest mobile carrier, to begin the roaming service for wideband code division multiple access (W-CDMA) phones, SK Telecom spokesman Chai Young-hoon said, confirming an earlier Digital Times report.
