SEOUL, April 22 (Yonhap) -- SK Telecom Co. and KTF Co., South Korea's top two mobile phone operators, said Friday they will offer an international roaming service for Europe-backed third-generation (3G) phones with Japan's NTT DoCoMo Inc. from late May.
