Oxygen Phone Manager II v2.8 enables Nokia owners to manage content and settings of cellphone from PC. Users can load, edit, and rewrite phonebook, as well as send, receive, and organize SMS or MMS messages whose content may vary from plain text and images to ringtones, sounds, and animations.
