Nafta Polska (Warsaw), a Polish government body, has named companies that it has invited to enter a second round of bidding in separate auctions, to acquire four chemical companies in Poland. The bidders include private equity capital firms and chemical producers, Nafta Polska says. Advent International (London), Ciech (Warsaw), Organika Azot (Jaworzno, Poland), Petro Carbo Chem (PCC; Duisburg, Germany), and Polish Enterprise (Warsaw) have been selected to bid for resins producer Organika-Sarzyna (Nowa Sarzyna).
