[Presenter] In Cote d'Ivoire, [President] Laurent Gbagbo has signed a decree appointing members of the Independent Electoral Commission [IEC]. The IEC will be composed of 31 members, majority of whom will be representatives of political parties who are signatories of the Marcoussis peace agreements. One of the commission's first tasks will be to prepare the voters' roll. Here is Olivier Roger:
