[Presenter] In Cote d'Ivoire, [President] Laurent Gbagbo has signed a decree appointing members of the Independent Electoral Commission [IEC]. The IEC will be composed of 31 members, majority of whom will be representatives of political parties who are signatories of the Marcoussis peace agreements.
