PHILADELPHIA _ There are 0-2 teams, and then there are 0-2 teams. At least that's the attitude of several Eagles who are well-versed in the subject.

In 2003, the Birds dropped their first two games, losing back-to-back home contests to the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New England Patriots, who would go on to win the Super Bowl. It was near-anarchy that September in what became the City of Brotherly Hate.

This season, seven teams _ Arizona, Baltimore, Houston, Green Bay, Minnesota, Oakland and San Diego _ are 0-2 and looking for much-needed wins this weekend.
