JetBlue Airways has said that its flight 292 landed safely at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday (21 September).

The aircraft, an Airbus A320 that departed from Burbank, California with a destination of JFK International Airport, was carrying 140 passengers and six crew onboard. The flight crew received an indication that the nose landing gear did not retract and, when this was confirmed, they were advised to lower the aircraft's weight by burning fuel.
